It prevents blockages and stale coffee odors by periodically cleaning the brew unit. Why Clean? During roasting, coffee beans undergo significant physical and sensory changes, and a wide range of aromas develop. During this transformation, lipids (oils) in the coffee bean rise to the surface. These lipids are an important part of coffee powder and one of the main components of espresso crema. However, they oxidize quickly. During the first extraction, lipids immediately penetrate the internal parts of the brew group and begin to form a layer. These lipids carbonize due to the high temperatures they are exposed to. These layers give the coffee an undesirable bad taste, which is a typical result of these burnt lipids, and also impart a bitter taste that develops within 12-18 hours due to oil oxidation. Puly Caff prevents the accumulation of waste in the groups with daily use and makes the formation of bad odors impossible. This product leaves no residue in the beverage or device and contains no harmful substances. Daily Cleaning of the Brew Group 1 Puly Caff tablet is placed in a blind filter.
