Neo Barista Espresso Cleaning Powder cleans coffee oils, coffee particles, limescale, and odors that occur in automatic/manual espresso machines. It is a tablet cleaner used for periodic cleaning of household or industrial espresso and coffee machines. Neo Barista powder cleaner removes oils, coffee particles, limescale, and unpleasant odors that occur in industrial espresso machines and other coffee machines. Why Should We Clean Our Machine? There are many factors that affect the taste of the coffee you drink. First and foremost, it is undoubtedly the quality and type of the coffee bean. The technique of the barista making the coffee and the features of the machine used are also important. However, a frequently overlooked factor is the cleaning and maintenance of both industrial and household machines. Coffee machine cleaning should be done periodically to obtain a delicious coffee. As you use your coffee machine, particles in the water and coffee grounds settle in your machine's components and directly affect the taste of the coffee you drink. Regular cleaning of your coffee machine extends its lifespan. How to Use: FOR GROUP ESPRESSO MACHINES: 1- Insert a blind filter into your machine's portafilter. Put 3g (approximately 1 dessert spoon) of Neo Barista powder cleaner into your machine's portafilter. Place the portafilter into your coffee machine's group head. 2- Press the flow button on your espresso machine. Allow pressurized water to flow from the system into the portafilter. Hold the flow button for 10 seconds, then wait for 10 seconds. Repeat this process 5 times. 3- Remove the portafilter and clean it under pressurized water. 4- Then put the portafilter back and repeat the process in step 2 five more times without the cleaning product. FOR CLEANING COFFEE EQUIPMENT: 1- For cleaning portafilters, strainers, and similar metal espresso equipment, add 2 dessert spoons of Neo Barista powder cleaner to 1 liter of hot water in a container and wait for the powder to dissolve. 2- Place the metal parts of the portafilters vertically into the container with the hot water, ensuring that the handles (rubber, plastic, or wood) do not touch the water. 3- Let it soak for about half an hour. Clean with a sponge or a clean cloth. FOR CLEANING HOUSEHOLD COFFEE & ESPRESSO MACHINES: 1- Add 3g (1 teaspoon) of Neo Barista powder cleaner to 1 liter of hot water and wait for the powder to dissolve. 2- Pour the solution into your machine's water tank. 3- Press the coffee brewing button and repeat the process if necessary until all the solution is used up. 4- Fill the water tank with clean water and repeat the same process at least twice to rinse your machine.
