Constant 30lb (13.6 kg) Impact Pressure: Eliminates barista hand fatigue and pressure errors. The spring mechanism applies an impact with a "click" sound when it reaches 30lb of pressure, completing the process. Threaded Base Structure: The rings on the base increase the surface area for water penetration into the coffee bed. This ensures more efficient extraction of coffee aroma (higher extraction yield). Matte Black Elegance: This version of the Knight series features a special matte black coating that resists fingerprints.
