Customizing the Machine When using MaraX, you won't need to worry about brewing temperature. With the new button located at the back of the drip tray, you can set your desired temperature to warm, hot, and extra hot. Measures Brewing Pressure MaraX's dual pressure gauge allows you to monitor both boiler pressure and pump pressure. The brewing process starts before brewing and ends when the coffee is poured into the cup. It has an easily accessible water tank. Its newly designed reservoir makes filling and cleaning very easy. It is equipped with devices that memorize the number of fillings to simplify the replacement of the water softening filter. Steam temperature priority (STP) Next to the drip tray, there is a two-position button, I and O. If position 0 is selected, Mara X will start to operate like a typical HX, and pressure will become a priority. At this point, you can switch between 3 different boiler pressure values using the 3-position switch behind the drip tray. 0---120C (approx. 1.0 bar) I--- 123C (approx. 1.2 bar) II---126C (almost 1.5 bar) Brewing temperature priority (BTP) Next to the drip tray, there is a two-position button, 1 and O. If position 1 is selected, Mara x brewing temperature will become a priority and is programmed to maintain it. This mode requires a little more explanation. In BTP, the 3-position switch controls the brewing temperature.
