2) Add water to your cezve with a coffee cup according to the number of people for whom you will make coffee. (1 cup of water for 1 person)

Making plain Turkish coffee: For those who like their coffee plain, you can prepare it with 1 teaspoon of coffee and 1 cup of water.

Making lightly sweetened Turkish coffee: For those who don't like their coffee plain but can't give up sugar, you can make lightly sweetened Turkish coffee with half a sugar cube or half a teaspoon of sugar for 1 teaspoon of coffee.

Making medium Turkish coffee: For those who don't want it too sweet but want to taste some sugar, you can use 1 sugar cube or 1 teaspoon of sugar for 1 teaspoon of coffee.
