This cartridge is designed for use exclusively with the iSi Nitro Whip™ (sold separately), and this iSi Nitro Whip™ System can make nitrogen-infused coffee, tea, cocktails, and other cold beverage creations. The only limit is your imagination! Nitro coffee is the trend of the season, but it can be difficult to make if you don't have special equipment. These special cartridges are an economical way to create nitro coffee parties without the expense of a special tap system. Plus, your staff can quickly learn how to use these cartridges and the compatible Nitro Whip™! Each cartridge contains 2.4 grams of pure nitrogen gas and is individually electronically weighed. A filling guarantee is also provided. The cartridges are made of durable, high-quality, recyclable steel and have a bronze color to distinguish them from other chargers. Each 2.4 gram nitrogen cartridge can be used to prepare up to 1 liter of product. Since N2 gas is very different from N2O (nitrous oxide) and must be arranged differently in the head and cartridge holder, these N2 cartridges are not used with other whippers. Similarly, no N2O cartridges should be used with the Nitro Whip™. These cartridges are not refillable and should be kept on the Nitro Whip™ until the bottle is empty.
