You can use 360 ml of water and 360g of ice, but this may cause the coffee to "burn" due to excessively cold water.To avoid bitter tastes, we recommend using 570 ml of cold water with 150g of ice.Adjust the equipment's drip rate to one drop every 1-2 seconds.Brewing will take between 8 and 12 hours.When all the water has been used, remove the bottom chamber and pour into bottles.
