Cafetto Evo Powder Espresso Machine Cleaner, 1 kgA rapidly dissolving and free-rinsing formulation that removes coffee oils, grounds, and stains.Improves espresso flavor and aroma.Leaves no residual odor.A measuring scoop is included in 1kg and 500g jars for accurate dosage.InstructionsRemove coffee filter from group handle and replace with blind filter.For daily cleaning, add 1 scoop of Espresso Clean ® to the group handle and insert as if brewing espresso. If the machine is cleaned less frequently, use 2 level scoops.Start the cycle and allow it to run for 10 seconds to dissolve the cleaner.Stop the cycle and let it sit for 10 seconds.Start and stop the cycle 4 more times – run for 10 seconds, stop for 10 seconds.Remove the group handle and rinse thoroughly under running water from the dispensing group. Turn off.Reinsert the handle with the blind filter, start and stop the cycle 10 times – run for 5 seconds, stop for 2 seconds to ensure a complete rinse.Remove the blind filter and insert the normal filter.Brew a single espresso and discard it to re-season the machine.PROCEDURE FOR CLEANING FILTERS AND GROUP HANDLESSoak group handles and filters in 500ml of hot water with 2 teaspoons of Espresso Clean ® Espresso Machine Cleaner for 10 minutes.
