Display Screen Open the battery compartment at the bottom, insert two AAA batteries into the battery compartment. Place it on a hard, flat surface. The display will remain as shown in Figure-1 for 2 seconds and then switch to Figure-2 after 2 seconds. The state in Figure-2 indicates it is ready for use. A/ weight indicator, B/ time indicator, C/ low battery warning indicator. Explanations of Button Functions: ON/OFF: Used to turn the device on and off. MODE: Press the button to change the unit of measurement. Press and hold the button for 3 seconds for the countdown option. START/STOP: When in countdown or timer mode, pressing this button once starts the timer. Pressing it again stops the timer. Pressing the button again restarts the timer from where it left off. Pressing the button for a long time (three seconds) resets the timer to zero. TARE: Pressing this button once tares the scale. Pressing it for a long time cancels the automatic shut-off. Unit Conversion This product has four different units. These units are oz, lb, g/ml, and ml. Each time you press the "MODE" button, the unit changes. The units ml and g/ml show the amount of water. M1 shows the milk ratio. Instructions for Use Open the battery compartment at the bottom and insert two AAA batteries into the compartment. Place the device on a flat surface. After proper placement, you will see Figure-1 on the screen. After waiting two seconds, the screen will look like Figure-2. Once the screen shows Figure-2, you can start using the device according to your measurement needs.
