Smart Water Intake System Mains, carboy, safety, overflow Mains: takes water from the mains in a controlled manner, taking water from the tank in small intervals, ensuring the machine always operates at peak performance. Carboy: using water from a carboy is now safe. When the water runs out, the smart system detects this and cuts off electricity and gas. Safety: when mains water is cut off, the SWS detects this and automatically cuts off electricity and gas, putting the machine into safety mode. Overflow: thanks to our patented smart water system, there is no water overflow in the machine. Digital Temperature Sensor Energy and water should be managed with smart technology.
