Smart Water Intake SystemMains, carboy, safety, overflow Mains: takes water from the mains in a controlled manner, taking small amounts of water as it depletes from the tank to ensure the machine always operates at its highest performance. Carboy: using water from a carboy is now safe. When the water runs out, the smart system detects this and cuts off electricity and gas. Safety: when mains water is cut off, SWS detects this and automatically cuts off electricity and gas, putting the machine into safety mode.
