To prevent clumping, make sure that any solids in the ingredients are completely dissolved before filling the bottle.Insert the gasket into the head and screw the head onto the bottle securely. If the screw thread is not visible on the bottle, the cap is properly closed. Do not cross-thread.Insert the cream charger (8g N2O) into the charger holder. It is recommended to use original chargers, but you can also use 8g N2O chargers meeting Liss or ISI standards.Screw the charger holder onto the valve until you hear a hissing sound. Use 1 charger for each fill. Shake the bottle four to five times, holding it upright. When using well-chilled light cream or another mixture, shake up to ten times, then unscrew the charger holder and charger. A slight hissing sound you hear while unscrewing is normal. Remove the metal charger. These chargers can be used as scrap and are recyclable.For dispensing, hold the bottle upright with the decorating nozzle pointing downwards.
